This book has places for you to fill out the birthdays of your friends and relatives.
My guess of its date is 1884 which is based on the gift note on the title page.
Many pages are filled out.
The owner seems to have lived in Boston Massachusetts as that is where many of the entries are from.  I live outside of Boston so this makes sense.
